Tele-Mental Health Services

Telemental health is the use of telecommunication technology to provide behavioral health services.  The Wellness and Trauma Recovery Center offers telemental health services through the use of a HIPAA compliant platform. Through this platform, clients are able to view their therapist and communicate with their therapist as well.

Telemental health assist with servicing clients in rural and underserved communities that have limited access to mental health services. Telemental health also benefits those who are more comfortable with receiving mental health services within their own settings.

All of our telemental health counselors/therapist have completed the 6 Ethics contact hours of continuing education that has been approved by the Licensed Professional Counselors Association of Georgia and NASW-GA. For more information regarding our telemental health services, please contact us.
